A very fine copy, printed on strong paper. Kircher collection’s beautiful and rare edition, written by Jesuit philologist Contuccio Contucci, the noble from Montepulciano who was, since 1751, Kircher Musem’s prefect. The Museum founded by the same Kircher in Rome in 1651 into Collegio Roamno, was wunderkammer collecting the most heterogeneous things, from zoology to etnology, from physics to mineralogy and botanic. Exceptional copy of that rare book.
