With Maps and Illustrations, in 2 volumes. 8vo, bright green cloth with gilt title, crest and more, plus black decorative frames on front boards, two volumes, pp. (ii), xx, 323, 24 - (ii), x, (ii), 345. In good condition, only minor signs of foxing inside; a small damage at the bottom of the spine of vol. 1, and a couple corners bumped. The binding is altogether with the gilt still pleasantly bright. One of the most important and complete works on Venezuela of the time, this copy being particularly valuable as it has been iscribed and signed by the author on the first black page. A scarce title.
